Coach Chris Chase is currently an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Southern California. Chris has previously served as an Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Rhode Island, Springfield College in Massachusetts, and American International College in Massachusetts. Developing training programs for a variety of sports, including Baseball, Football, Basketball, Track and Field, Field Hockey, Swimming and Diving, Volleyball, and Tennis, has allowed Chris to position himself as an extremely multi-faceted Strength Coach in the public sector. Placing importance on becoming adaptable revolves around the notion that Strength and Conditioning professionals must demonstrate a level of knowledge and skill that can be applied to any athlete in any sport.
The mission is to contribute to the positive growth of the Strength and Conditioning profession through constant education and practical application, specifically in the public sector.
